  9. Just wondering what people's views are of starting up another 'round table' thread? As we know, the Bootleg Round Table was rather popular until the U2 360 tour kicked off, then understandably it was all about that. Now it's died down and we have no new album to discuss I was wondering if anyone fancied kicking off again? We've probably gained a few members who wish to participate between then and now so could be good.

    We also had the U2 Meaning Of Lyrics Round Table which kind of fizzled out around the same time despite it's interesting concept.

    EDIT: Due to having a fair amount of free time (student) for the next few months, I'd be glad to take on/help out with the running.

    And just to let you know (since this is General Chat):

    Shiver (by Coldplay) is my most listened song of the last 3 months by any artist. 178 plays since the 1st of August Citizen Erased (by Muse) comes in at a respectable 2nd position with 147 plays, and If You Wear That Velvet Dress (by a certain Irish band) shares the third position with Butterflies And Hurricanes (by Muse again), both with 133. 4th position belongs to What You Know (by Two Door Cinema Club) with 128 listens, and 5th comes a triple tie, A Rush Of Blood To The Head (by Coldplay), Mardy Bum (by Arctic Monkeys) and Stay (Faraway, So Close!) (by U2), all 3 with 115 plays.

    I wasn't surprised at all by Shiver and Citizen Erased at all, but -from the top of my head- I never would have expected If You Wear That Velvet Dress to be my most-listened U2 song. Nevertheless, when I come to think closely about it, it makes sense. It's more or less the only U2 song to which I listen every day -or almost-. And I use to do it at least twice in a row. It's just so haunting and quiet and gorgeous. The same goes to Stay, but that was to be expected, wasn't surprising at all.
