1. Sarajevo and awesome are synonims. The Oxford Academy should acknowledge that.
  2. They are indeed synonyms. Even more so after reading 'Fools Rush In'

    Have you read that book?
  3. Not only I haven't read it: I had never heard of it.

At the moment, I'm still trying to get my hands over a cheap De La Parra "U2Live" book.
  4. You have to read it. It is the most amazing book that I've ever read. Written by Bill Carter, whom I'm sure you know (Sarajevo-satellites guy). It is an amazing portrait of that so unique city. It isn't really about the war, but more about the people living their lives to 110% during the longest siege in modern history.

Read it, read it, read it, read it.
  5. Aha, the Bill's book, ok ok I have heard of it. I would have never guessed the title Ok, I will try to find it, whether in physical or inline format. Thanks for the -enthusiastic- advice
  6. It is really amazing, it is so real.
  7. Registered for the Toefl test, session scheduled on December, 9th.
  8. What is that test?
  9. "Test of English as a foreign language". A worldwide recognised English test.
  10. Aha, ok. Would be fun to take I guess. I once just for fun did the university test (to get in) for English. Only did part one, in which I had 100% correct answers
  11. I still have to improve my understanding skills of spoken English, I have excellent levels of spoken, written and read English but my ability to understand it when spoken is not as good - so I'm waiting until I improve that to take any serious test or title appliance. I want to have the highest possible mark and I don't want to spoil the party by not understanding fully what I'm told It's not that I'm a complete knob when it comes to understand spoken English, not at all. I can have a fluid conversation without problem. It's just that my written skills are excellent and my hearing skills are just "good", and I don't want a "good" mark. I want an EXCELLENT one
  12. You are miles better than most of your fellow countrymen. Miles.
