1. 1. Bad
    2. Where the Streets Have No Name
    3. Miss Sarajevo
    4. Stay (Faraway, So Close!)
    5. Ultra Violet (Light My Way)

This would probably be my top 5.
  2. No Boy, War or Rattle and Hum?

    Top 5 for me:

    1. Hawkmoon 269
    2. With A Shout
    3. Zooropa
    4. Levitate
    5. Elvis Presley and America
  3. I don't have Boy, so that is left out for that. I don't know why Hawkmoon didn't get on there, and New Year's Day should be in that list as well.

    I prefer the nineties.
  4. Personally, my favourite song is Stairway to Heaven. I don't think a U2 song tops the list, but it does get damn near.

    My top 5 U2:

    1. The Fly
    2. Where The Streets Have No Name
    3. Until the End of the World
    4. Stay (Faraway, So Close!)
    5. Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses
  5. You don't have Boy???

The 90s were a great period, not just for U2 but so many others. Once the 80s finished, the music only got better up until 1996 - 1998 and then something happened. The radio was even good in those times - and I remember it. Metal and rock, especially.

And a lot of those songs will be in my top 100. Speaking of the 90s (and you may or may not laugh), but Madonna's last 90s album is fucking immense. Even if you don't like Madonna, you absolutely have to hear the instrumental arrangements, by none other than William Orbit, who you may or may not recognise.
  6. But are you 3 guys up for making a top 50 or top 100 or even a top 10 songs of all time?? Not now but if there are a lot of people who want to make a list, I probably make a U2Start top 100 of all time....
  7. I'll make a top 100. Not sure if any of my choices will be your choices though - some may be.
  8. I'm doing one only for U2.

I don't have buy, I'm kinda saving it I think.
  9. You'll love it.

  10. Well thats the fun part about it, if a lot of people make a list and I will come up with some kind of ''point counting way'''we will get a big U2 Start list..

Emm... that could be unbelievably difficult for me - it would take me ages to decide and put it all into an order. But I'll do it anyway..

But when we saying "top songs of all time" are we talking about what our favourite is, or if we think what is musically the best songs?
  12. Ah, so like people put their list up, then we see how many songs each person has in common with another list, yeah?

    Favourite, I'd say.
