I happen to have it for all AB singles. Quality isn't that great though.

It was a song written by Bono & The Edge for the theatrical score of 'A Clockwork Orange'. Apparently the writer of the script/book was dissatisfied with the song.

As for the name of the song, I have no idea why it's called that.
