Yes, there are. You have named one of them, u2retrobuff. Aaron (wtshnnfb01) was also (temporary) banned once or twice, as well as Lyndon (vanquish). And a lot of pure spammers and the like, people with usernames like BonoKilledJadeGoody or karlfuckme, are banned at their first glance.
