I read on the official Lyon forums people following Ajax saying they play offensive as well. The only negative point is that Lisandro won't be there, it would have been spectacular.

By the way, we really played badly yesterday, against a little team, even if Lyon always plays pretty bad before or just after CL games.

Ajax plays a bit to offensive sometimes, in the 5 matches in this season we considered 7 goals so thats way to much and Ajax also played a very average match yesterday. We''ll see, at least I'm happy we play against a nice club as Lyon and not against awful teams as Moscow or something from East-Europe.

Ajax used their money in a good way this summer. Other clubs are already spilling points, like FC Twente against Roda JC (2-1) and PSV against Venlo (3-3). Ajax had a tough play against Heracles Almelo, but won (3-2).

It will certainly be an attractive match.

Please notice they scored 18 goals in five matches.

Just the same here. I love playing against this type of teams in CL. I mean, for me, teams like Schalke, Ajax, Eindhoven (sorry ), Bremen, Benfica... All of them are more or less strong depending on years, but still they generally play good football.

Fabian it was just the same for Lyon against Dijon, we won 2-1 but it wasn't that good. And the fact that Ajax scores a lot scares me a bit. Lyon (only) scored 13 goals in 7 matches, and conceded 7 in 7 matches as well. So defending is our black point, but we have an amazing reaction capacity.
