1. Just recorded Lost Highway here... funny, when I belt, I fuck up at the guitar.

Get a guitar if you can, damn nice thing to have.

On my list of things to get when I find a decent job. That and a PS3.

If I ever get a acoustic, I'll probally go with a Takamine. I know lots of people who have them, and they say, they sound great for the price. Plus I'm a big fan of Springsteens acoustic stuff.

I actually have promised myself if I ever learn guitar the first song I learn will be Atlantic City.

It suits my voice fairly well, and I almost have the harmonica part figured out, although its trickier than it sounds.
  3. The good Springsteen acoustic stuff is on albums like Nebraska, right? I've always wanted to listen to it.

  4. Nebraska is one of my personal favirote albums. Give it a try. You wont be disapointed.

  5. Listening to Atlantic City on Spotify right now. Will pick it up if I find it in some record store, hope I'll find it on vinyl. I've gotten the impression that it's the kind of album that you want on vinyl.

I'm actually selling a bunch of vinyl currently. I love the format, and if I had a working player, I'd probally keep them.

Not really related, but I think this would sound great on vinyl,

    What you think?
  7. I'm only just getting into vinyl, when I found AB on vinyl, I had to buy it. And then dad got his turntable repaired.

Sounds like it'd work well on vinyl indeed.

    Random:

Song I'd like to listen to on vinyl: Paint it, Black.

Album I'd like to listen to on vinyl: Quadrophenia.
  9. I'd like the album that this comes from on vinyl:

Don't think it even exists on vinyl unfortunately, I'll have to get it on CD one day.

  10. Check this out.

Its Dennis Deyoung the former lead singer of Styx. Whoever made this video had the vinyl of his solo album "Desert Moon", a really good stereo, and a good camera. It makes me want to trade all my old Styx C.D.s for the vinyl.
  11. I don't even know Styx, but that did sound nice.

  12. I first heard that song 3 years ago, when a local radio station was doing a top 40 countdown from 1984. Hosted by the great Casey Kasem (who I have a great impression of).
