there no mention of the 18th now.

    Really ? Hahaha, typical.
  2. My guess is that they are extending the voting period until there is a gap between number 22 and 23. From U2.com's perspective, I can see the potential of fans being upset if song number 22 just edges out 23 by 0.1% or something like that. If there's a decent gap between 22 and 23, like maybe 0.5%, then the site can definitively say that the tracklist was selected by the fans. As for the predetermined tracklist theory, the only spot that's going to change is that 22nd spot, and it's only going to switch with 23. If U2.com was hoping the fans would vote for Electrical Storm to knock out Bad... it's just illogical.
  3. U2.com will drag this out for as long as possible just to drag in more subscribers..
  4. Here were the 22 right before the results went dark. It will interesting to see what the setlist looks like after the deadline stops moving (Dec. 2 -- Dec. 18 -- ???). I wonder how many people subscribed to U2.com when they heard what the likely setlist would be near Dec. 2.

    and this is what's said
Paul McGuinness has seen the band play live more than anyone else.

From the most intimate Dublin club in the 1970's to the biggest stages on the planet on U2360°, Paul knows what it takes for a U2 live show to leave the ground ... and what tracks will send it into orbit.

So how would the band's manager take on the tricky task of choosing 22 tracks for 'U22' from the 46 on offer? Here's his selection - tell us what you think in the comments below. (They're listed alphabetically - you might want to tell us how you'd sequence them in the show.)
