    They probably stopped counting it.
  2. likely .. i doubt there's still a subscriber with the intention of voting who didn't yet
  3. I could be wrong but it appears voting has finally closed. Now hopefully they will release the track list soon.
  4. Yep voting has ended! hopefully we get the track listing in the next couple of days
  5. Fingers crossed
  6. I was wondering lately if U2 would throw certain results out the window for their own, but I see no real reason for them to manipulate it once voting has ended. I don't see why U2 nor their management would care what songs go out at this point- they've now had several opportunities to release (relatively) whatever tracks they wanted to live (on video and audio formats), so by now it should be up to the fans. U2 are picking the cities, which means we're getting the versions they want us to hear anyway. Unless there's a grand "Best of 2000-2010" planned for the coming year for which they want to keep certain tunes relevant, this should hopefully be an honest release.
  7. Just received a mail from U2.com:

Our other big news is about 'U22': in your thousands over the past couple of months you've been voting for the 22 tracks you want to see on this live double-CD from U2360°. Well, the voting has closed, the waiting is just about over and early next week we'll be posting the final tracklisting.

And one more thing! If you've already renewed your subscription, so that you're going to be receiving your own copy of 'U22', there's a surprise on the way. You'll be hearing from us... very soon!

So, there is a surprise on the way!
  8. I bet they'll make the tracks that didn't make the cd available for download. now that would be a nice surprise gift to subscribers.

That would defeat the object of the vote though, surely?

My thoughts exactly... Will be interesting... In my fantasy land it would be that they make all the shows from 360 available to download... But again, that kinda defeats the purpose as well

Not really. The top 22 are enshrined on the disc while the other 24 are just...extras.
