  1. Unless you count the bad/40/streets 'track' that was a b-side to electrical storm.
    I'm glad they're releasing the tracks I was anticipating hearing the most. Ultraviolet or the unforgettable fire next hopefully as it could be months before the cd sees the light of day.

    I thought it was a mistake or an error with the file, but yup it really is that long, complete with all the glorious snippets. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this song will be the longest track U2 has ever officially released. I was looking through my playlists and the only official releases that come close are Bad from Rattle And Hum (8:08) and Bad from Wide Awake In America (8:03).

    Bad / 40 / Streets is 12:28
    Discothèque (DM Extended Club Mix) is 10:04
    City Of Blinding Lights (Phones P.D.A. in N.Y.C. Mix) is 8:35
    Salomé (Zooromancer Remix) is 8:02

    And I think Can't Help Falling In Love (Mystery Train Dub) is around 8:32, but yeah, it's one of their longet tracks. Although it's really two songs

    Ohh and it could be longer, they cut the shalalalas

  6. Very good! Love the snippets, the long duration of the song. Real added value, such a long song.
  7. I like it too. Band sounds so good, and the medley between AIWIY and LRM is just fantastic.
  8. it sounds epic even if half of the Never Tear Us Apart snippet is cut short if you compare it to a full youtube clip. BUT DAMN, if this is the quality of all the songs on this CD it will most definitely be WORTH THE WAIT

  10. Thanks, but I was hoping for the clips of the complete 46 tracks or whatever there was to begin with. There was a megaupload link on this thred but it (and megaupload) has since gone.

    If someone had it I'd really love an upload.

    To be honest, since the clips were technically officially released U2 material, I doubt anybody would be able to post them for download here. Even still, they're just 45 second clips. If you re-subscribed to U2.com, you've got 3 full downloads available.

    Not to sound mean or anything like that, but I think we should be reasonable with what we ask for.

    Sweet, just thought it was worth a try and they were perviously available on this thread.

    I'm subscribed to u2.com and have downloaded the "offically released" full songs and am patiently waiting for the postman.
