1. We could do an Album Toplist around Easter. That's easier to count too

Yes , you are right , no problems with the rules ...

It is hard to think that in a top 10 of u2 s songs you can left out: Pride, Sunday bloody sunday, Bad, The unforgettable fire, Streets, I still haven t found, With or without you, I will follow , Out of control, New years day, All i want is you, One, and others from Achtung Baby .... This era have more greatest hits than the new era
  3. We could also do a U2 toplist. But I think this list already showed the most popular U2 songs.

Fabian's idea is good by the way, however I wonder if there are a lot of albums listeners here. I barely listen to whole albums.

I agree on the U2 Toplist. What about a month of supporting a song? I mean, before the lists are posted, everyone tells what song should be in everyones Top 25/50/whatever. Just a small essay on a song.

We could do an album one later on this year anyways.
  5. I would say; work it out I havent got a lot of time now because in two weeks I need to finish a big paper. But it sounds like fun, I love statistics so I will always support it

    I can't wait...I'm starting my list now.

    Might I make a request:

I TOTALLY understood why you allowed for a maximum of 10% of any sized list to be from one band. However, can we make it 20% for the albums? For example, if I decided to do just a top 10 list, it'd be nice to included both Achtung Baby and The Joshua Tree.

(I'll probably end up doing at least a top 50, however, and it won't likely be too big of any issue.)
  7. Nice idea about albums, too!
  8. surely it would be nice an album list too yes .. 50 is the right number for me .. even if again the first should be easily predictable
  9. I could probably name 50 albums from a combined 4 bands and maybe not name 50 more albums total from every other band in the world. That's just the way i listen to music.
  10. That's why I think we better do a U2 Songs Toplist.

I see what you mean...how the times have changed, I suppose.

To be honest, over half of my albums would come from the 90's and would only include a few from the new millenium.

Question: How do most of you get your music then? Do you just download (however you may do so) individual tracks as opposed to complete albums?

    I agree, still a top 100?
