1. Hi everyone, I saw on U2.com that they are releasing From the Sky Down on Blu-ray and DVD, and on the cover it mentioned that it was the "director's cut." Does anyone think that this was the version that aired on the BBC as opposed to the one that is included, in its slightly edited form, in the Achtung Baby box sets?

I can't answer your question with any real knowledge. But what I will say, is that I hope that is the case. If the one included with Achtung Baby isn't listed as Directors Cut, then I'm sure this DVD release will be different in some way.
  3. Amazon.com gives a running time from 141 min.????
  4. According to http://www.weltbild.at

"Already in the Super Deluxe and Deluxe version over from Achtung Baby was a 75 min. Edit of the film included. This is, however, now to the Directior's Cut with just under 89 minutes."

Bonus material: 3 Akoustik performance clips (from the Hansa studio sessions during the behind the scenes of the movie, the beginning of the year: 'So Cruel', 'The Fly', 'Love Is Blindness "), 4 minutes Mix the Toronto Q & A press conference, photo gallery
    up.
  5. As if the insult of the Sydney Disc wasn't enough....they had to do this. Paul McCa$hess figured we would buy the Cashtung Baby box, and the DVD. He's right. I will buy it, but will complain about it. Next thing you know there will be a Washington 1992 DVD out, but you have to listen to I'll Go Crazy Tonight Remix 14 times before the thing will play. Yeah, I know I'll Go Crazy wasn't from 1992...but it has been on enough releases now for this to almost make sense.
  6. Cashtung Baby box ha ha, that's right indeed
