  1. You know the general opinion of U2 is going downhill when I'm getting ads at the bottom of U2Start for "Dreamboats and Petticoats 6 - Dancehall Days".

    2. I'm at work, so my browser doesn't have Adblock.

    Even at home I try to limit my Adblock use to just YouTube. I like to support my regularly visited sites (such as this one) by running ads wherever possible.
  4. Most ads give money by clicks, not just by being shown - am I wrong?
  5. True, for the most part. They know when you're blocking ads though, so it's nice to keep the numbers up. Besides, I did click on the dreamboats ad. Some of the targeted Google ads are quite useful, and on well designed sites like this one they're not distracting in any way.

    Yeah, this one is at a larger scale than it usually is too. Horrible.
  11. I know you guys are anti-gun, but for some reason I feel, you don't support the guys, who didn't even wait for the body's to cool before starting to push their anti-gun agenda. We can argue later. This is first and foremost the time to grieve.

    Well, I think it'd be good if a crazy person like this one couldn't go buy a gun, there'd be less shootings. I think it could possibly have negative short term effects, for reasons you'd point out. It'd be good in the long run though.
