1. I never agree with you, but did not think you would be one to subscribe to that insane theory.

Happy to hear you had a good day though.

I'm thinking of a stupid fashion statement to wear to the end of semester party I'm going to.
  2. If you are a cool guy everyone loves anyway, go with the fashion statement. If not, you are going to be a clown.

I am not willing to have this debate either, but know this: Jews have money. Money means influence. Jews have influence. Since World War II everyone calls this racism, but it isn't when it's true.

    Stay save, everyone.
  3. Well me, and my friends kind of take pride in being the non-cool crowd. Most of us are well liked though.

I was just gonna rock my lucky bandanna.
  4. One of my all-time favourite Bono quotes (and kudos to whoever knows when and where it's from):

Dim the lights, we feel embarrassed

  5. It's from the early days, some famous concert I've listened to several times. Maybe the Dublin's National Stadium show? Or Tullamore 1980-05-11? Can't recall it for sure. But I've heard that quote Before or after Shadows And Tall Trees (what a great song, and what a shame it wasn't performed more!).

    National Stadium!

Somehow I knew you'd be the one to get it

  7. Great! haha it's been too many years addicted to this... It's also one of my favorite pre-1981 shows I always found it so funny that a venue called National Stadium (sounds bombastic, magnificent, pompous) is actually this tiny room with a capacity of 1500 people:

Look at the ticket price of that concert

  8. Too awesome. Probably the U2 show I wish I could go back in time and see the most.

  9. Really?

I would prefer attending other shows if I had the chance... Red Rocks, or Dundee '83 (Like A Song), maybe Brussels or Madrid 87. But yeah, the National Stadium show is legendary. And it's the show where they met Mr. McGuinness, which makes it a true landmark in their career!
  10. Rainy day here.
  11. I hate mass murders, because the perps almost always are loners, which ends up enforcing everyone's bad stereotype about loners even though most of us, just prefer solitary activities. I have plenty of friends. they just know, they're not gonna see me much.

Ticket prices were always low back then. It cost like £6 to see Bruce Springsteen during The River Tour here in Edinburgh in 1981. Pure inflation has caused it.
