  1. I recently realized I kind of want to move off the grid.
  2. Now coming at you from Windows 8. I like it, believe it or not.

  3. It's not bad. Takes a moment to get used to the new start menu but apart from that - it's pretty much the same deal. Most of my software works and those that don't (this is 64bit) I run them in admin mode and all good.

    Only apps that did that were mp3gain and Samsung's own driver update centre - had to get that in order to get Bluetooth and Wifi working correctly.
  4. At the risk of sounding like a coward, I almost hope the girl I like does not come back to college next semester. At least than I wont be able to make a move due to events out of my control, as opposed to my own insecurities.

    That's a horrible thing to think though since if she don't come back it most likely means that her panic attacks (the reason she decided to take most of the last semester off) have gotten worse.

    At the end of the day I'm just gonna have to face my own issues at some point.
  6. BBC Four aired a programme this week titled 'The Richest Songs in the World' and it was a countdown of the top ten songs ordered by the estimated amount of money the songs had made in royalty fees. I thought it was quite interesting and at the same time, surprising. I'll post the list below for anyone that would like to see it.

    I feel excited by the prospect of the year. What I'd like to do is make an album. I hope that in one year, I have made one, otherwise that'll probably be the thing for 2014 too, because that's something I feel as one of the things I need to do in life.
  10. I got a group-text last night from a member of another forum I post on (through the Lollapalooza website) fairly regularly now, and I replied "happy new year ya buttholes" to the whole board.
