Better than Cold Ethyl - minus Only Women Bleed, Steven, The Black Widow, Welcome To My Nigtmare and The Awakening. Only Women Bleed is an important song because it's about abuse and has a brilliant solo by Dick Wagner - who I am a huge fan of, going back to his days with the Bossmen and The Frost.

If it interests you, he actually came out with a sequel in 2011, which recalled a lot of the old stuff from the first Nightmare through to the new Nightmare - called Welcome 2 My Nightmare. Play 'I Am Made Of You' and 'The Underture' and see if you recognise any of the elements.

Steven is his character he came up with in 1975 to base the entire Nightmare concept upon - except his mental age is two and happens to have been abused as a young child - which is why most of the songs are really child-like sounding. He was also on Goes To Hell, DaDa (brilliant), Hey Stoopid, The Last Temptation (brilliant yet again), Dragontown, Along Came A Spider and the new Nightmare.

Couldn't find the "you know you're a U2 fan when" topic, but tonight I was in my "popular musics of the world" class and we were talking about Bob Marley and there was a bit of discussion of Chris Blackwell, and I couldn't help but turn to the guy next to me and say "he was the dude who signed U2!" only to have the teacher say that not 30 seconds later

News Tonight;
So this lady goes to the petrol station,
filling her tank with petrol when someone suddenly
walks up to her grabs the bowser and pours petrol on her feet
and lights it with a match ? FOR NO REASON ?
She has serious burns for just putting petrol in her car!

Some people are stupid.

There was this lady who had a jerry can - which is essentially a petrol can - in her kitchen and was about to cook. She lit the hob and then suffered second degree burns because the petrol was so close. After that, the lady sued the government for it. It's hardly their fault! Stupid bitch.

Jerry cans dont belong in the kitchen in the first place,
anyone in their right mind know flameable liquids dont mix with all the electricals and gasses in a kitchen.
Perhaps it was deliberate to get money?

Plain uneducated. If I can remember correctly, she didn't know that it would cause a huge fire. Therefore she sued the government to then try and get jerry cans banned. All because of her plain stupidity.
