1. You should have seen the one I was going to have. That would have scared the living shit outta ya.

And yes, it is the least appreciated - even though it should be appreciated more.

  2. I have literally just edited the folder name for that one. There's a War bootleg that I must listen to soon from Manchester (I think). Sergio will know the one, it features a different take on New Year's Day. In the style of the US remix.
  3. Speaking of Sergio - I had not paid much attention to Like A Song. God is it good.

You'll love that show. Oh - if you ever get the chance, you have to see Robert Plant live.
  4. My post just disappeared when I posted it at the same time than Drew. Fuck.

I think you actually mean Pre-War, the December '82 shows they played as rehearsals. I never was too keen on the Manchester (1982-12-02) one due to the unnatural soundboard sound, but the NYD rendition is feckin' good, yes.
  6. So is the War Tour worth exploring then? I've never gotten into it.
  7. Yes it is. Well, actually if you don't care about anecdotes or very specific show moments, you can download a few key shows since the setlists remained pretty much consistent throughout the whole thing.
  8. Consistent setlists don't bother me so much. I guess if a show's good a show is good.
  9. I'll be on that.

    No, I read 1982-12-02...

I'll listen to them both anyway

You can't get more constant than Popmart and I love that tour.
  11. Popmart was also good even if it was a little messy at times. But that's what rock and roll is...messy and not perfect.
