  7. Told one of my best friends, I didn't want to be friends with her anymore. She reminds me of my past. I'm trying to move forward with my life, and I feel being friends with her is holding me back.

    May the lord give me the strength to do that which is necessary, no matter how much it may break my heart.

    Sometimes a person needs to let go to move ahead and get to where they need to be.

    Perhaps your friend will have nothing to do with your past and someday you can be friends again.
  11. Shes one of the best friends I ever had. I just think at this point with how my life is going, being friends with her is holding me back.

    Also don't know why I picked today to have a friend break-up. I was having an awesome day, up until then. Now I feel like an asshole.
  12. If shes one of your best friend you never should have broken up with her, friends make sacrifices for each other even if it means your past your trying to get away from.
    Her friendship is probably more beneficial?
