  2. I'm watching the standoff live on TV right now...absolutely insane. They've currently got him surrounded hidden in a boat. Gunshots fired...absolutely crazy. We've never seen anything like this here in Mass...hopefully they get this guy alive...

    Marathon bombing.
    Attempted ricin attack in D.C.
    Fertilizer plant blows up in Texas.
    Manhunt for bombers culminates in one of the perp's killing a cop with his own gun(? mixed reports here, although it would not be the first time it has happened), stealing the police SUV(subsequently ditched for a carjacked Mercedes), then a massive firefight, before the perp is killed. (evidently, his brother, didn't want to join him in hell.)
