  11. You don't know the context. The guy had just almost beaten a volunteer to death at a soup kitchen, and had a history of violence. Justified use of force. FYI, he tried tazing him(that was not a gun in his hand when he pulled up , but an X-26 tazer.), but did not have a good connection as only 1 prong made contact.
