    I went to one while I was down there for Bruce in March. There's:

    Collectors Corner - 1/387 Bourke St (middle of town) which I went to, it's OK at best, not the widest variety like the one I hit regularly up here in Brisbane (claims to have 250k records, tapes and CDs in a room maybe twice the size of Collectors Corner, it's basically the same layout, upstairs above other shops and through a narrow staircase and everything) but all the records it does stock are in VG-Mint condition. I grabbed a U2 12 inch Unforgettable Fire 4 track for $12 and Under A Blood Red Sky for $10 or something. Also got Ziggy Stardust live album there in pristine, perfect mint condition for $40. Not the cheapest but happy to leave my money with a genuine record store.

  2. Yeah see I've only the weekend - I'm down there to see Aerosmith - so I was going to see what I could find. Thanks; I'll check those ones out.

    I want to see how many obscure albums - really weird, out-there experimental types - that I can find cheap.
  3. Me and some friends are making a compilation video of our reactions well playing the Slenderman game, and its gonna go on Youtube. You guys want to see it, when its done? Its pretty funny so far.

    Edit: If you have not played that gamer, I highly recommend it. At least 1 freak out session will happen.

  6. You've mentioned this several times now. Does it really bother you that much? I mean, it's not Karl Marx knocking at your door - it's your friends. I would LOVE if my friends did that (too bad I live in a village like 40 kms away from central Madrid city).
  7. I would not care if it was Marx, if he gave me 2 hour notice. Yes, it bothers me that much. I like being in control of my schedule.

    Hell, if I had a place to my own I'd love my friends to pop over at 4am - long as I have beer.

    Fuck man, you got a pole in your arse or what? Are they actually your friends? Most people LOVE to have their friends around, especially when they do it on their own accord. I can't think of much that I like more.

    You're more than welcome to come hang out with me if you've beer, or I go backpacking again - I'll bring the beer.

    As for my friends coming round, I tell them that if they want to come over at any time they're welcome. Like seriously, they'd turn up: 'Sorry, can't have ye here...you didn't ask first'. Jesus fucking christ, I'd soon find some new friends - one who want to drink and listen to 30-minute extended stories.
