1. No rush. And yeah, I usually fall way behind in the summer which is what's happening now. And I'd actually like to revisit The Beatles soon, I listened to some full albums the other day and decided I'd like to spend some more time with that music.

Have a blast at Springsteen, man! So jealous! My #1 show of 2012!
  2. Yeah, sometimes you end up listening to some of the old stuff. That's what has happened to me.

I cannot wait to see Springsteen! Looking forward to three hours of rock n' roll!

Yes, and as time has gone on, I have actually fallen away from 20/20 more than I ever did with FutureSex, so there is a point to be made there. It went from #1 album of the year to #4 or so very quickly. Here are my top albums of the year thus far:

    1. Vampire Weekend - Modern Vampires of the City
    2. The National - Trouble Will Find Me
    3. Kanye West - Yeezus
    4. Justin Timberlake - The 20/20 Experience
    5. Daft Punk - Random Access Memories

It seems to be such a typical list, but those albums can't help but be great!!!

And with Jay-Z just announcing a new album, man....this year is just STACKED with great releases.

20/20 was disappointing at first, then grew on me for a few days before I dropped it. Mirrors ranks third in my 2013 Most Played list though.

It surprises me that you prefer Timberlake over Daft Punk. U2 will have a hard time beating RAM.

What do you think of The Weight of Your Love (Editors) and Love, Lust, Faith + Dreams (30 Seconds to Mars / Lillywhite)?
  4. I haven't given either a listen to be honest. Editors is on my list along with a few others that I just simply haven't gotten around to yet (Depeche Mode being on that list as well, which nags at me every day that I haven't heard it!)

The 30STM album...I just don't have interest in. I actually really liked "This Is War" when it came out, but I don't really think the grand, pretend-epic crap is all that entertaining, especially coming from someone like Jared Leto. I really didn't like the single at all so I skipped the album - tell me Fabian, would I be in for more of the same, or if I genuinely enjoyed "This Is War" will I be pleasantly surprised?

To be honest, what I liked most about War was the incorporation of the fan-choir.
  5. Well, it's the same for me. I haven't listened to Delta Machine yet, but do like Heaven.

I feel the same about 30STM, the 'grand pretend-epicness' is their unique selling point, but then again Jared Leto's voice gets irritating. I actually find Up In The Air a more enjoyable song than the This Is War singles, though.

The Editors just made it to my iTunes library, so no opinion here. The cover art is cool.
  6. --post--

just for the record, people might think they're safe from me here

    *hopps offline again*

  7. Kirsten, how's MacSpidey?

I'm still judging you for not listening to Depeche Mode's Delta Machine yet Matt! It'll be worth the wait I hope, haha I really love it imo.

Stopped caring for 30STM years ago, I think i'm slowly tempted to listen to This is War again
  9. Might be getting a job soon, registered for classes this fall, and I'm having slightly more luck with women (not like that saying much).

So of course I'm paranoids as hell right now. When things seem to be going to well, it just hits that much harder when something goes wrong.
  10. ^ Despite all that crap, good luck on the job front. It's fucking tough.
  11. Weird request, but does anyone know a site, that has old maps on it? Me and my buddies are trying to find whats left of an old CCC camp south of town, and it ain't on no contemporary maps, and if anything is left, there is to much overgrowth to see it on sat imaging.

I might. I have a ridiculous amount of old maps. Tell me the region and I'll see what I've got.
