  1. It the popover is automatic (I mean it goes up each time the mouse goes over the avtar/name), doing such a big list would be a nightmare. We don't want a 400pixels constantly appearing. If it's clickable, then I agree that it can include a lot of those options.

  5. If click, you might as well open the complete profile. I doubt if it would be useful anyways.

  12. Yes, I thought of that as well.

    The "hover nightmare" I spoke about would happen only if the whole avatar or, in a lesser extent the username, brought up a huge box each time they were travelled over by the mouse. If the "hoverable" zone is small that woulnd't be a big problem.
