  2. Yes, I thought of that as well.

    The "hover nightmare" I spoke about would happen only if the whole avatar or, in a lesser extent the username, brought up a huge box each time they were travelled over by the mouse. If the "hoverable" zone is small that woulnd't be a big problem.
  3. Better to use click anyway since the information will be loaded on request. So it will take about 100 ms to show.

    I have another idea regarding the "send PM", it might be completely useless but it just popped in my mind:
    maybe the "send PM" link can be designed so it doesn't redirect you to a fresh "Compose PM" page (getting you out of the forum page), but instead the background dims and you can write the PM in a pop window? Don't know if I explained it good enough And maybe I'm too influenced by Facebook where you can write pms in a pop window without going out of your current page...

  8. You brainstormed this thing quite fast and well! Not much to add...just thought you could also let each user choose what to be shown in their hover thingy through their profile. Like a checkbox list of info that can be displayed.

    As for We're The Millers...went to see it and all through it I was thinking "this is hilarious...but not a date movie!!" ...glad it went fine tho Fabian! Really funny movie tho...

    The profile customisation is interesting, but for now we wont do that I think. Since this is only a tiny part of what is coming next
  12. I don't see the point in choosing what gets show in the hover box, since it's actually info taken from the profile. It's like "Oh no, I don't want the hover to contain my postcount/name/whatever... But I like it to be visible on my full profile page!"...
