1. Ouch.

A job's a job at the end of the day. I'd take working in McDonalds over sitting around doing nothing.

Same here. I try to face all jobs with a positive attitude, and a good work ethic, and the idea, that I can only get something out of it, if I am willing to put something into it.
  3. That's the best attitude to have.
  4. And to think some people think I'm a debbie downer.
  5. Haha, maybe there's hope for you yet.
  6. Its official. I have had it with my Catholic friends. You don't want to see the Facebook rant I just posted.(replaced it with a more tactful one)
  7. Apparently I owe my old bank money. Given that I have not done business with them in almost a year, and that they have never put a collection agency on my ass, or even contacted me in general, it must be a very small amount. I presume they just kept the few dollars that where left in my account, after I purposely drew past the amount I needed to keep in it to keep my account active. It don't really matter much. Like I said, they ain't trying to collect on it, and I'm starting a new back account in a couple days anyway.

  8. I love that Movie, no Banks and Stuff! :D
  9. Had a pretty big fuck up at work today, and realized if I had been in charge, I would have had myself fired, yet the managers did not seem to care that much. Guess I hold myself to unreasonable standards.
  10. Hey there, nothing new here except im going to live at my daughters for a few weeks, should be interesting, new territory to gander I guess
  11. Probably not, Aaron. You most likely (in this case, at least) hold yourself to pretty reasonable standards, but your managers simply don't give a toss. Which, I suppose, ought to be worrying.
  12. Or your manager genuinely doesn't think it's that big of a deal? Really depends what you did I suppose.

I've just been reading GC15. It reminded me of when U2start had some activity. When a simple "Hi" in GC would spark an epic GC night. I spent so long in there that I actually missed a flurry of activity in the last hour
