Exciting times as a journalist. Congratulations!
  5. I got in contact with Bill Carter!!

The article that I want to write isn't just another summarization of the things that happened, I want to give fresh perspective on it. It's been 17 years, after all...

So, help me out. What are the things that you would like to ask him?
  6. Wow, this is getting more exciting! Congrats again.

I would ask him which of the guys was more fearful of travelling to/playing in Sarajevo back in 1993... and which was their reaction in 1997 when they saw the amazing feeling of community between groups that had been killing each other just a few months earlier.
  7. Well, I'd probably reread the U2 parts of Fools Rush In before the interview.
  8. Left my atm card, in the atm, because I forgot to bring a pen with me to the atm. Well shit.
  9. And dont you have better things to do than to bring a pen to the atm machine Aaron?
  10. Aaron, would chat with you but im in a crappy mood so im just gonna lay down with my dog and listen to tunes and perhaps sleep a little so see ya next time perhaps

  11. Needed it to sign the envelope to deposit a check. Its payday, and I didn't get out of work till after the bank closed. Signed the check before I left the house, but did not know I'd need to sign an envelope (I've never cashed a check by atm before). I only live like a block from my bank, so when I went home to get a pen, I realized, I forgot to hit the cancel button, and get my card back. When I ran back, the machine was listed as out of order. Guess it went into some kind of safety lockdown mode.
  12. Thats annoying, so now you have to call the bank to retrieve your card right ?
