Discipline is for the weak, im weak but yet very disciplined, perhaps you need to question things a little more, because what you think isnt always necessarily right, if the wages go up, they know what there doing you just have to accept that and besides i personally dont want to see you on the big road because i like you

Its a short sighted feel good legislation, made to get voters. It does not factor in profit margins, or actual employee value.
