  3. Perhaps it's best you take a step back from the keyboard when you "freak out"? Take a walk or do whatever it is that clears your head.
  4. The way my mind works is simple. If I go too long without something going wrong, I start worrying that something is gonna go wrong, at which point I massively overthink every single thing that crosses my mind, and get the urge to vent.
  5. maybe you should pick up writing a journal of sorts? might be easier to reflect on things, too.

  7. You happy Buttons? I'm back to trying to bug her at work. Was not working today. In fact I dont think I've ever seen her working on a Sunday (would be be the least bit shocked if she has it marked as unavailable so she can go to church bullshit), but I tried.

    This is a waste of my time. I just don't care anymore. Already wasted this much time, why not a little more?

    Sooner she tells me to go to hell, the better off I am.

  9. i understand you must be very tired, stressed and uncomfortable with yourself in the situations you get yourself into but dont give up, stay strong, i believe it will be worthit in the end, and when you feel stress and tired, talk to your shrink, its still cool to do those things , they love you..
    beside endevoring a love life is no sin, so you should never give up unless she dont care, i would not give up..

    Life would be much easier for me right now if she had just said go to hell.
