Have changed my major, looked at careers I feel would suit me, have cut out people I feel I don't need in my life, and have been talking to her which well she has complained to someone a bit about it, I find it understandable, and does not sound like she was that hostile about it, and under the circumstances I honestly would have been shocked if she was not at least a little annoyed. Also saw a shrink and have been looking into religion.

    Good, chop off the rind to the bacon. The rind is the shitty bit, the bacon is better.

    Keep her on your side best you can and see where it goes. If it doesn't end well, leave it and try again later. Get the other shit out and done, then get into that...do you need someone to truly make you happy or are the current ones just gonna drag you down.

    Religion, eh. What religion are you going for? Buddhism has always been a good one. Ever tried meditating?

Also on the love life issue I am assuming she wants nothing to do with me which I acknowledge is stupid as the evidence shows shevat least likes talking to me.

    Keep in mind about the religion and see what works, but you probably know that already. With her, just be sure she's not taking you for 'a ride', otherwise it's not worth waiting around for her.
