    I have the same question as cqleonardo. What software can you recommend that is easy?
    I ripped the audio into flac and my os is windows 8.
    If you could help me I would be grateful.
  12. To cut mp3s or FLACs, I use Audacity. It may not be the fanciest software available, but it's free and straightforward.
    I just import the file, in the bottom part I choose the start and end times that I want to save as a separate song, and once I have the selection, I go to File -> Export Selected Audio. That part will now be saved into a separate song.
