  5. I've just got back from a brisk 5 mile (8km) walk with my dog, which is fulfilling one of my goals this year of being a little more active. Now I'm eating pizza and have a packet of chocolate digestives nearby, which is not fulfilling another goal of eating a little healthier. I guess they kind of balance each other out.
