  3. anybody delt with depression, how did you handle/get through it?
  4. I've not dealt with it myself but I know people close to me who have and the key I feel is being open about it and getting support whether that's professional or just through friends and family. Obviously it's not just an overnight process, life brings up hurdles all the time but it's about being able to realise there's always more to life around the corner, I like to say you cannot change the past but you can always shape your future.
