  3. It’s happening on my phone and laptop, I never use my phone to download but just thought I’d see if the same thing happened and it did, maybe it’s sky shield blocking it or something I’ll try it later switching that off.
  4. Just for anyone else experiencing the same problem I did above, turning off sky shield did solve it.
