1. I knew sport would be one as it's your speciality Politics is going to be difficult, as it's not most people's cup of tea.
  2. I sure do enjoy sport.
  3. Kieran, I'm surely interested on it, and I remember about your last blog - it looked good enough to me, rants are ok Anyway, your new idea sounds good as well, I'd be willing to write there -if you want me to - and of course to promote it among my Facebook and Twitter friends.

PS. Tim, my best friend was born on Jan 15th 1990 too. Happy birthday
  4. Good idea Kieran! I'd be willing to help out every now and then too!

The last blog was just boring really. I thought that no one would really be that interested in it. The articles were mediocre as well. Although, I wouldn't mind taking a couple of the good articles, changing them a bit and posting them to the blog. Thanks for declaring your interest! You too Olof!

Question to you and Olof: what subject(s) would you write about?
  6. Mainly Art, mostly music for me. Literature and films too. Philosophy and relationships might be interesting too, I have plenty of material already on those topics. I'll leave the sports to more experienced people like yourself or Tim I could also do a kind of foreign-interpretation of the UK/world politics, unless you're deliberately and definitely avoiding politics in your blog
  7. Nah, politics/international relations will not be avoided. It's usually a key part to opinion articles, like it's the cream in the middle of a sponge cake - if it isn't there, then it's pretty bland. Politics gets people properly debating, and can usually get a bit heated. Let's hope Tumblr has a comments part to it so that people can start debating. Same with music, people get annoyed when someone has an opinion on an artist or an album. That usually comes down to taste but that can get people debating. Usually all topics can get people debating but I'd say politics, music and sport are a priority towards debates.

What will happen with the articles is probably a question that will be asked too. If you have a finished article, you then give to me (preferably through PM), and then I post it onto the blog. I will include your full name at the bottom of the article or on the title - that's undecided yet. The reason for this is that I can't give numerous people the password for it, as it will become completely manic. It would be great if Tumblr had the setting of people can become a user of the blog and they can post it onto the blog, but that can't happen unfortunately.

Also, when creating an article, please add a title to it. Something jazzy related to it.

EDIT: When more articles are added, we'll then start advertising it onto social networks. I'm going to advertise it on The Guardian and several other sites like that. But I'm going to do it in a sly way. I may start a Twitter feed to tell people that a new article has been added, but that's only going to be when I feel it's getting used a lot.
  8. I could write about music and that stuff I guess, and of course politics. May want to write under a pseudonym though.
  9. I'd be interested in that sort of thing.
  10. Hello, anyone?
  11. I'm here, not sure if I have something to say though.
  12. Coldplay's "Para para paradise" and image of elephant are just stuck in my head, can't get rid of it
