  5. That's probably because you're not part of EU.
  6. There is a chance customs will send you a bill for russian VAT. They cant check every package though, and it depends on Russian law when you need to pay VAT.

    In holland you dont have to if the shipping value is below EUR 23 (and its shipped from outside the EU). Above that you will have to pay 19% tax.

    I think that's the reason. Our VAT is 18% btw
