In holland you dont have to if the shipping value is below EUR 23 (and its shipped from outside the EU). Above that you will have to pay 19% tax.

Bigger than usual but I think it's perception, we saw a huge moon in Portugal when we were on the beach but once we walked back to where were were staying, it was normal size.
