Olof: Of course you can't use such profanities in England. You get a clip around the ear by the police if you use them too much in public. In schools, it's frowned upon.
School is a bit more loose and modern here I guess
If you use them in a bad way, it's of course not very nice... but profanities are often used in other ways.
