    The screen fades to white if its not positioned properly. If I apply pressure to a certain part of the screen (the bottom, closest to where it connects to the base) it stays fine...so I've got a pen wedged into a gap there to keep it working unfortunately. It's probably nothing they'd teach you about in a general computer class since it's probably a connection issue with the LCD screen itself.

    Probably some kind of loose connection.

    Yeah, we learn about buses and RAM and multimedia, code, how websites are developed etc.
  10. Thats definitely useful and interesting, though. Hopefully the class isn't a MAJOR bore and you're learning something. I'd love to have that skill set.
