  6. was it?! time's flying. still remember the moment they played it for the first time on the radio that day... I stopped my car by the side of the road to fully enjoy that moment
  7. I was listening to a super-boring radio station for many minutes until it came up. I remember I listened to it with my GF and we were like "WTF?!" when it finished. I was super excited for it (the first U2 release I had ever eagerly waited for) and the weird nature of the song helped to built the excitement to the album. Then, the 90% of the album overshadowed GOYB and I never liked it anymore
  8. I was watching the Brits and they played it. I was with a big group of friends at the time, and I was like "Bono wearing make-up, this song sounds woeful... WHAT HAPPENED?!"
  9. Bono's eyeliner was cringeworthy. I'm glad he quit it around April...

    edit: stopped bidding, price went far above face value. there are still other tickets on offer. patience, patience....
