  1. Going good Olof, getting ready for my 1st day of the new Uni year tomorrow. Where did summer go?

    How are you?

  2. I'm fine. Just came home. Hahaha, summer... here it's still winter. Starting to warm up though.

    What are you gonna study?
  3. Starting my 2nd year of a Science/Teaching Degree. Going to have lots of maths and chem this year, should be interesting.

    Sounds like fun. Science is great. So you're gonna be a teacher then? For ages...?

  5. The degree im doing will let me teach from year 8(1st year of highschool) through to year 12(final year before Uni).

    or did u mean how long will i teach for? haha.

    Haha no. I meant which ages. Sooo... what age are you when you're in year 8?

  7. I guess 14. If year 12 is the final pre-Uni year (~18 years old), year 8 would be 4 years less (~14 years old). Simple maths

    All countries don't have university start at the same time
  10. Well where I come from:

    Year 7 (Start high school, ages 11-12)
    Year 8 (12-13)
    Year 9 (13-14)
    Year 10 (14-15)
    Year 11 (15-16)
    Year 12 (College/Sixth Form, 16-17)
    Year 13 (17-18)
    University (18+)
  11. In Scotland:
    1st Year (high school starts at 11/12)
    6th Year (which I'm in now) is the final year
    Then university, so I'll be 17 when I go to uni.
  12. And I'll be 19 when I go there. We go there at 18/19.
