  2. Careful how you set up the pedals, could have a lot to do with why they sound bad through the amp.
  3. Epiphone Les Paul Studio. It was like £260 at the time and a great (electric) beginner's guitar, because I only played acoustic for the first 3 years.

    It's the cheapest of the Line 6 range. There's other Line 6 amps which range up to about £500 I believe, and they are apparently very good.

    I would love a Marshall though, they sound like heaven.

  4. Actually it was you who said something about it sounding bad with pedals. I should've added that.

    The amp modeler in Logic Pro 9 sounds much better than my Spider IV. I'm thinking of selling it.
  5. I've never played a Line 6 Spider.

    Unless there's a time I can't remember or something.

    But still, could always be the way the pedals are chained or set up. Don't always run right to the amp as the problem.
  6. I don't like it much without pedals either Maybe I could get a used Vox Valvetronix.
  7. I just got blood on my strings and fretboard because my e string is cut off and very sharp so when tuning to half step down, the string must have been there and inserted into my finger. Then while playing Rocket Queen by Guns N' Roses, my 2nd fret was covered in blood.
  8. Ouch, you'll want to get that blood off if you're gonna sell it.
