1. I'm glad for that. Nevertheless, I deduce it wasn't as easy as you had planed.

  2. I think it was pretty easy. I don't really know how hard I thought it was gonna be, but it wasn't very hard.
  3. What were you asked (if I may)?
  4. Loads of different questions. For example this:

Plants need potassium ions. The soil contains this, as well as the artificial fertilizer. In which two ways does water help the potassium ions to get picked up by the plant.

  5. Hey all
  6. Nice Basic chemistry then! Believe it or not, I prefered basic Physics to basic Chemistry!! But then the periodic table arrived, and my love for the Chemistry as well

We have the periodic table as well The national exams are easy, you can't remember everything from four years, so they're more to see if the students have understood the basics of chemistry. The general thinking and that.
  8. Watcha doing in ol'ovely Boston, Matt?
  9. My university roommate lives in Boston (well, north suburbs) so we're spending a week at his house there. We went to the city for a little while today for lunch, but it was cold and rainy today.

He's a pilot, so he took me up in a small aircraft and we flew down a bit of the Atlantic coast. That was really amazing! Other than that, just hanging around and having a good time. Last night we went to Manchester, New Hampshire for that Van Halen show. That was a good time too, got loads of fantastic pictures. I can post if there's any interest, or when I'm arsed enough to do it I'll throw some in the photography thread just to show how amazing my new point and shoot actually did at an arena show!

    How is everyone else?
  10. Anyone want to join my new "I Hate Matt Right Now" club?
