  2. For those that own a turntable, I need help:

    I just received a turntable, free of charge, and I put in The Unforgettable Fire. When I put it to 45rpm, it goes too fast. But when I put it to 33rpm, it's too slow. Why might be a cause of this?
  3. That is strange. On my turntable, there's a control for speed and pitch... never tried it though, but it could be your answer.
  4. Have you tried a different vinyl to rule out the possibility of the vinyl being the problem?
  5. And it should be played at 33rpm.
  6. Cassettes are also quite slow when they play too. I initially put the vinyl to 33rpm, and it's way too slow. There's also an amplifier, and a pitch setting but that doesn't do anything.

    I'll try another vinyl later, but I don't think that will help.
  7. Dunno what that might be... Weak power supply? To strong anti-skating? I really have no idea.

    Hope someone more knowledgeable will reply.

  9. It's my last day of school today. Currently sitting in Computing - doing nothing - completed my coursework anyway. Have to go to church in one hour Then I'm free for over 2 weeks!

    It was the last day for me No classes though. Only like one hour of school.

    Church was of course boring.

    Noooooooow... almost three weeks of freedom. Fuck yeah.
  11. Only two classes for me but doing nothing in them. Had Geography last, but we just sat and watched Frozen Planet. Now, I'm looking on eBay and on here in Computing

    I know. Get to do the things I wanted to do for the last month but couldn't because of school work.
