It's a wrongly embedded html code.
You can see it at http://m.u2start.com/topic/9101/offset/5175/1032/, in the first post, when it says "target='_blanc'>[image]"... That's the post that messed up the layout.
May I suggest we ban Matt for breaking our home? I mean, it wouldn't be acceptable for him to walk into your house and break a window, so it shouldn't be acceptable for him to come into General Chat (of all the threads, go break the Walrus topic or something), break it and then simply walk away.
On the other hand, we could promote him to "Official Thread Breaker" and he would have useful jobs such as breaking a topic when certain members chirp up with their nonsense.
You have two options folks:
A. Ban
B. Permanent community service
Please submit your ballot to any crew member here on the forum. We can't guarantee they'll be read or even acted upon. In the event a crew member does recieve a ballot, the crew member in question may combust due to sheer confusion. Therefore, send them to LikeASong*.
