Life must be so absolutely hard for people with tourettes, but I would laugh my ass off the entire time I was around one of them.

I love that BBC ducmentary about Tourettes Kieran. Best bit is in the snooker hall and he shouts "It's a jap's eye!"

That said, when he punches his carer in the supermarket and the tin of beans.

But yes, we shouldn't laugh.

Yeah, it's terrible, we should not laugh at these things. I really do feel sorry for these people with tourette's. Like John says "the next time you are going to sneeze, try not to; that's what tourette's is like". Sounds extremely horrible.
