  1. I'm going on a Star Treff tomorrow... with you being German I guess you can figure ou what that means. Star Trek with other trekkies in a cinema. Hope I'll have some fun. Then I'll hopefully play golf.
  2. Happy Birthday to the late Keith Haring, renowned graffiti artist who was honored by the special Google logo today. It was not until today that I've actually heard about this guy.

  4. Really a shame about MCA/Adam Yauch.

    I was a pretty big B-Boys fan back in the early/mid-1990's - I saw them 1995 at Maple Leaf Gardens. Paul's Boutique should be in everyone's collection.

    I think the thing that gets me them most is that he, being from "my generation" of music, died of somewhat natural causes (cancer) at such a (relatively) young age. Sure, we lost like Kurt Cobain and Layne Staley even earlier due to suicide and overdose, but ...well it's just different.
