1. Aha, the only problem is that I can't get strumming yet
I think you should cover Society by the way, your voice will fit pretty good.
  2. I actually did that once and it turned out pretty well. Never uploaded that though... I think the recording was not that good either.

I will have a look for you. Sweden is crushing Denmark in this hockey game anyway.
  3. would love to hear anyway Gotta go now
  4. Booooo.

    Sleep well I guess
  5. Listening now... The recording sucks, I will make a new one some time
  6. Alex, dear, I hear you -- I am fighting with my guitar from the very first day, and it still doesn't like me at all, not after all these years
and the e-string (the thinnest of all) breaks every second time I use the guitar, and it takes me an eternity to change it then. I hate it. A few nights ago I took the guitar from the wall, tuned all the strings, started my poor playing... and the thin e-string snapped once again I hung it back on the wall, the string still broken. Disappointing, this relationship
  7. Kirsten, that can come from stringing the wrong way...the high E is easy to break if its wound up incorrectly. Have you tried watching some YouTube videos on how to do it?
  8. no, not yet, to be honest.
  9. Could make the difference for you. There's a couple techniques when re-stringing that increase the probability of strings snapping- restringing in a particular way will greatly reduce that chance and provide you with a much more enjoyable playing experience. Things like staying in tune for much longer, etc.

I mean, I'm not thAt bad ha ha ....My guitar is just pure evil, troublemaking thing really, my friend got to fix it once, I was doing the same yesterday, I finished and was going to play something, then boom and I don't have third string anymore... not fair. Not to mention that I had to get taxfree on it and failed.

Kirsten, I think you should try to restring it as Matt said, maybe that little e-sring IS the only reason that doesn't let you play as good as you want
  11. Anyone else a fan of the late 80s/early 90s show Quantum Leap?

  12. I've never seen it, but I want to at some point. Scott Bakula who plays the main character also plays Captain Archer in Star Trek: Enterprise. And from what I've heard it sounds like something that could be good.
