1. By legitimate I mean NOT a reissue, one of the copies from the first release.
  2. Three EP?
  3. You're definitely looking for it, Alex? First issues are really hard to find, and really expensive to buy. Only 1000 were made and most of them are long gone or in unknown whereabouts. I won't mind to get a 1983 reissue or something when my time comes. I'm not so precious about the "I've got a 204 number, so I'm heaps better than you, who have a 207" shit. I just want to have a physical copy, any phyiscal copy, of the first thing ever released by the band that's composed my life soundtrack

Very good point. I don't think I'll be going for an original! I just thought it might come in handy if I was to spot one amongst my search for a good reissue one
  5. Reissues, while have less of a sentimental+historic value than the very 1000 originals, are more beautiful for sure:

as opposed to the anodine cover&vinyl from the originals:

I will be getting a reissue soon. Maybe as a birthday self-gift in August
  6. Is it wrong that I googled 'General Chat' to find this topic? Obviously yielded no results, but it just goes to show that U2start is closing in in Google

Just saw one of them homo pictures on Facebook, it simply said "I stil think 1990 was 10 years ago" - that's me
  7. I've sometimes googled U2start related things. Sometimes I don't remember a topic's title but I remember some sentence or particular word used, so google is my friend. Knowing some search commands like " ", + or site: are really useful
  8. I just typed "General Chat" into google and was just expecting it to take me to the last page of this topic haha

'Site:' is great to use. Risto need to bring out the old search though, it's much more difficult to use somebody's history against them now.
