  2. Wait, so does anyone know if U2 is actually working on a new album!? Or is Bono still trolling around the world with his politics? Because I kind of forgot how we know when U2 is working ahaha I know for other bands it's on their FB page or Twitter, but with U2 I don't know. lolol

    According to Bono:
    They're working on several (three or more) albums at the same time and all of them are just about to be released. The Edge is on fire, they all have hit a strong writing vein and are having some of the best time in the studio since ever.


    What's probably real:
    They have a bunch of good but unconnected songs. They're doing basically the same thing as always in the studio. One only album will be released luckily next year.

  10. If we keep up with the last album news cycle, the Vertigo Tour ended in December of '06, and we didn't hear the beach clips until the summer of '08, if I remember right. About a year and a half. 360 Tour ended almost a year ago - we've got a little while until inevitably some piece of news turns up.

    Unless they pull a Green Day on us and put out 3 albums called Uno. Dos. Tre.

    I'm going for a medium. They are on fire, and will only have one album that will have a lot of good, yet somewhat unconnected songs that will be out next spring, with a single in the winter.

    Or, on second thought, maybe they'll put out Uno. Dos. Tres. Catorce.

    Nicole, you're not taking in account that there's been talk and rumours of a new album (or more) from the band & their surroundings almost since the 360 Tour started! Does anyone remember Songs Of Ascent anymore?
