  7. So I've found a fellow U2 fan in my new class. He seems to think they're the best band. He also liked Muse and Pearl Jam and I'm sure more great bands. Had a nice conversation with him (he also thinks Republicans have gone crazy). Actually seems to be quite a few with good music taste in this new class. Excited to get to know people.

  9. It's always awkward to start off with when you meet new people, but it escalates into a friendship sooner or later.

    But that's good meeting someone you have many things in common with.
  10. Nearly everyone I've talked to today plays guitar. Me and a friend are going to try to start a band some time. One guy had played drums for years but didn't have a drum kit anymore. But I guess there's a chance he could be our drummer. Now we need someone who plays bass.
